MERCANTILE COMPANY FORMED

ESPARTO (Yolo County) October 31—— The Esparto Mercantile Company has filed Articles of Incorporation in the office of the County Clerk.

The principle place of business is Esparto, and the Capital Stock is $50,000 of which A. H. Fredson has subscribed $5000, Rush Jose $500, and J. E. Martin $500.

The purposes of the company are to transact “a general merchandise and real estate business.”
